What do you charge for hire of the site?
Exact charges depend on the number of people but as a guide you can expect to pay around £150 per head for a three night hire (Friday-Monday).
Whats included in the hire?
A field site with two large tipis (one set as a dining area, one as a relaxed seating area). There is electricity in the large tipis and all glasses, cutlery, crockery and seating needed for up to 21 people. There are also 7 smaller bell tents for sleeping in which each include 3 single beds complete with all bedding, blankets and fairy lights for light in the evening.
Do you offer any activities onsite?
Yes. We work closely with a number of local suppliers to provide activities such as flower crown workshops, pop up bars, catering vans, hot tub hire. You name it, we probably have a contact for it!
Can we bring our own suppliers on site?
You can bring your own suppliers but we ask for full details ahead of your stay, including a copy of their public liability insurance.
What is included in the kitchen, shower and toilet facilities?
The kitchen is a large open space with plenty of tables and chairs. There is a large freestanding fridge freezer, oven with four hob plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, sink and basic cooking/serving equipment. There are two toilets available and two shower blocks each containing two showers (four showers in total).

Where are you located?
The site is situated in a village called Pensham in Worcestershire. It is central to England in between Cheltenham and Worcester.

You can see more pictures and lots of reviews on our AirBnB site here but please remember, rates are much cheaper if you book direct as you won’t pay AirBnB fees.
Are there any restrictions to be aware of?
To be respectful to other villagers, we ask that any amplified music is turned down by 10.30pm.
Can guests join just for the day?
Up to five day guests may join on one day of your stay for a nominal fee.
What if the weather is bad?
The tents are very weatherproof and 99% of the time, it will be safe for your group to stay. We continuously monitor the weather and in very extreme wind conditions, we may deem it unsafe and therefore cancel your booking with a full refund. Please note this is extremely rare (and has never happened before!) but your safety remains our number one priority.
Do we have the whole site to ourselves?
Although the large tipis and bell tents are exclusively for your use, the toilets, kitchen and showers are shared with a very small number of people who work onsite.
How much parking is available?
There is parking for up to ten cars at the site.
Is there public transport nearby?
Please note, the site is in a remote village location so the nearest train station (Worcester Parkway) is a fifteen minute drive away.
